Beyoncé is heading home to Houston for Christmas — to play the halftime show of one of Netflix’s first NFL games. “A Cowboy Carter Christmas” received a teaser fit for a southwestern queen on December 11. While decorating a cactus like a Christmas tree, Beyoncé spreads the good word. Why is it snowing in the desert? Don’t ask questions that’ll land you on the naughty list. Beyoncé originally teased her Christmas gift to fans — the first “Cowboy Carter” performance — in a video set to “Ameriican Requiem,” wearing a red, white, and blue western outfit and standing atop a rose-colored classic car. She’s gotta do “Texas Hold ’Em” in Texas, right?

The performance will be part of Netflix’s two-game Christmas Day NFL slate, a first for the streamer. The matchup between the Baltimore Ravens and Houston Texans is the second of the slate, kicking off at 4:30 p.m. ET. Netflix has been facing questions over its ability to handle live events after struggles during the weekend’s Mike Tyson–Jake Paul fight, so booking Beyoncé is a pretty confident move. If streams go out during that halftime show, Netflix better be ready to face the wrath of the BeyHive.
