K-pop stars and NBA superstars link up, Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco sit courtside and the national champions have been crowned! Here’s what’s been going on in the world of sports. We covered j-hope’s concert in L.A. in our All Access. And while he was here, he had time to hang out with new Lakers superstar Luka Dončić. Luka even gave Hobi a special gift: a brand-new pair of Luka 4s. This isn’t the first time Luka has met up with a member of BTS. He also met Suga back in 2023 when he was still with the Mavericks. I think we can definitely consider Luka a part of ARMY. J-hope is not the only celeb that’s been courtside — so have Selena and Benny. Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco have been promoting their new album, I Said I Love You First, and they had a date night on Tuesday courtside at Madison Square Garden for the Knicks and Celtics game.
That’s not all the good news — their song “The Bluest Flame” has been going viral on TikTok. Selena and Benny are really just living their best life. Selena and Benny are not the only ones who are winning — our national champions have been crowned. All the hype of March Madness leads to this. Congrats to the University of Florida’s men’s basketball team! The Gators win their third national championship, their first since 2007.
On the women’s side, powerhouse UConn returns back to the top. It’s UConn’s 12th championship for the women’s basketball team, and the team celebrated with Ne-Yo and went to a Mary J. Blige concert. Well, it’s good to know that everything turned out just fine, like Mary said, for these Huskies.
