Key Glock Signs With Republic Records, Announces New Album ‘Glockavelli’

Memphis rapper Key Glock is officially joining Republic Records. As he continues to tease his upcoming album, Glockavelli, Republic announced exclusively with Billboard that Glock will be joining their roster. In addition to this new partnership, he’ll also remain under the late Young Dolph’s label, Paper Route Empire (PRE).

The signing marks an exciting new chapter for Glock, who is still riding high after the blockbuster success of his 2023 project Glockoma 2.

That album was led by the single “Let’s Go,” which currently has 178 million streams after exploding in popularity on TikTok. The rapper then went on to sell out his nationwide Glockoma Tour, further proving his superstar status and setting the stage for a monstrous 2025. PRE’s president, Daddy O, tells Billboard that he’s excited about Glock’s future and understands why he chose to link up with Republic.

“Me and Dolph always discussed that maybe one day if it made a lot of sense and if it was the right partner,  it could be a possibility,” he says.

Glock himself echoed this sentiment, telling Billboard he signed with Republic to usher in a new era of his career.

“I feel like I exceeded my goals as an independent artist,” Glock says. “At this point, I’m just working with people that have been operating on the level I already saw myself on. In this next chapter, I’m planning on getting platinum albums and more plaques.”

Glock’s new song “No Sweat” drops tonight. See the album art for Glockavelli below.
