You’d think after his pop-star collab The Idol failed so spectacularly, Sam Levinson might be a bit less … Sam Levinson. Euphoria season three has cast another noted pop star, Rosalía, per Deadline on February 14. “If there’s anything that excites me as much as finding a good melody or a good lyric, it’s becoming a better performer every day,” Rosalía, who notably dated Euphoria star Hunter Schafer, said in a statement. “Euphoria has been my favorite series of the last few years and I couldn’t be happier and more grateful to be acting alongside all these colleagues that I admire so much and contributing my ‘granito de arena’ to bring Sam’s vision to reality.”

She’ll be joined by football player turned remarkable comedic actor Marshawn Lynch (Bottoms) and Kadeem Hardison, who played Zendaya’s father on the Disney Channel series K.C. Undercover. The majority of the cast, excluding Barbie Ferreira (Kat) and Storm Reid (Gia), will return, including Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, Hunter Schafer, Jacob Elordi, Maude Apatow, Eric Dane, Alexa Demie, and Dominic Fike, per Variety. Colman Domingo, who has scored two Oscar nominations since Euphoria was last on air in 2022, will return as a guest star. Maybe for season four, which we assume will air in 2034, Levinson can book Blue Ivy and Jalen Hurts.
