Jennie and Doechii Make Big Moves in ‘ExtraL’

Do your ladies run this? If their names are Jennie and Doechii, yes. The Blackpink singer and breakout rapper teamed up for new song “ExtraL” — and the L stands for large, not legendary. “Ridin’ round, foreign cars / Top down, starin’ at the stars,” Jennie flexes as she dances around a chair-filled theater in the Lyrical Lemonade video. “Attitude, so don’t start shit / Big moves, only extra-large.” Jennie and her dancers give new Grammy winner Doechii an extra-large entrance, chanting, “Wait … wait … wait … Doechii?!” (Really, as she always should be welcomed.) And together, the pair has some real versatility — they even go extra-small to rap on top of a bald guy’s head.
“ExtraL” is the latest off Jennie’s upcoming solo album, Ruby, out March 7. Not to mention the latest Blackpink solo project cooking at the moment, along with Lisa’s White Lotus role, Rosé’s hit Bruno Mars duet “APT.”, and Jisoo’s Valentine’s Day EP Amortage. Oh, yeah — and they’re reuniting for a Blackpink world tour soon.
