Jeremy Allen White to Say ‘I’m Baby’ as Jabba the Hutt’s Son
Can Star Wars handle two adorable offsprings in one movie?
Jeremy Allen White is gonna be calling Jabba the Hutt “Papa”? Who’s going to play Mama the Hutt, and can her DNA be strong enough to justify casting White as an alien? Variety confirmed that White will voice Rotta the Hutt, Jabba’s son, in the upcoming The Mandalorian & Grogu film. But who is li’l Rotta anyway? He’s probably a slimey, greasy, CGI nightmare— oh my god, hold everything: he’s adorable. I take it all back. His canon nicknames are “Punky Muffin” and “Stinky,” and he looks like a little green ghost from Super Mario Bros. — still slimy but a cutie nonetheless. The Mandalorian & Grogu isn’t out ‘til May 22, 2026 so we won’t see White’s performance for another few years. More importantly, Rotta will be competing with Baby Yoda Grogu for the cutest Star Wars original character offspring in the movie; we know Grogu isn’t related to Yoda, but it’s way more fun to watch when someone isn’t whispering that in your ear.
